VIOLATION OF POLICIES

Any person who attempts to violate our policies will also be prosecuted and must respond to a complaint for attempted fraud.

Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will have to respond to a complaint from our company.

Preamble

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during transport. You must also, for all returns, prepay shipping and insurance costs (if applicable). If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. If you are entitled to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original payment method).

      Article 1 - Return of unopened items:

      We only accept the return of items returned within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information.

      Article 2 - Exchanges

      We only exchange defective or damaged merchandise. When you consider a product to be defective, please contact us, within 14 days of your purchase, at the telephone number or email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product.

      Article 3 - Shipping

      In the event that the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for any reason whatsoever, the customer must inform the seller beforehand, so that the latter can communicate the instructions related to the product return. If the customer returns the product to the seller on their own initiative, the seller may refuse the package and process the refund.

      Article 4 - Process

      When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange.

      If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Any shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum period of 7 business days after receipt of our email may pass before the refund has been received.

      If you are entitled to an exchange, we will send a new item to the original shipping address.

      Article 5 - Gifts

      If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

      Article 6 - Exception to the right of withdrawal and refund

      All personalized items made on demand from our product catalog are not eligible for return and refund. These items are considered non-refundable or part of a final sale. Nevertheless, personalized products benefit from the right of conformity as defined in our general conditions of sale. The company is not required to reimburse additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the professional.
