Order Processing
All orders are shipped from our designated warehouse within 1 to 3 business days maximum.
During sales periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.
If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
If delivery takes more than 70 days (standard shipping), we will refund the entire order and you may keep the item.
(This does not apply to stolen/lost items or incorrect addresses. We always rely on tracking information.)
Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to suppliers, logistics, reduced air flights, remote areas, or shortage of couriers.
We will always track your package until you receive it.

Customs Fees
Customers are responsible for customs fees, if applicable.
We try to minimize customs charges by splitting large orders into several shipments. However, customs are random and we cannot guarantee exemption.
Refusal to pay customs duties is not a valid reason for a refund.
Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
If your order includes pre-ordered or out-of-stock items, we will ship the available items immediately, and the rest will be sent once available.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS (if you provided a phone number) with a tracking ID and link.

Lost or Stolen Packages
VALKUNDA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, you must contact the carrier or local authorities.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for stolen or lost packages.
